2009年在江苏省沿海地区农业科学研究所沿海农业科技示范园进行田间试验,作物种植方式为油菜玉米轮作。采取两因素三水平组合设计,3个石膏施用量和3种肥料(无机肥、生物有机肥、有机无机复混肥),以单独施用无机肥为对照,研究不同肥料与石膏配施下土壤盐碱指标的变化状况,综合评价各种施肥措施对滨海盐土降盐抑碱的效果,确定最优的施肥组合。结果表明:石膏施用300 kg·hm-2时,土壤盐分、总碱度、pH值和钠吸附比(SAR)较对照显著降低了57.40%、6.96%、0.44和35.72%,但过量(600 kg·hm-2)施入石膏会导致盐分的升高;不同肥料处理后,土壤盐分、总碱度、pH值和SAR由大到小为有机无机复混肥、生物有机肥、无机肥处理;肥料与石膏交互作用明显,生物有机肥和有机无机复混肥与石膏配施后,土壤各盐碱指标较单一施用肥料或石膏显著降低,且有机无机复混肥与300 kg·hm-2石膏配施对滨海盐土降盐抑碱的效果最好,土壤盐分、总碱度、pH值和SAR较对照分别降低了70.93%、38.26%、0.49和38.75%。土壤盐分与总碱度、pH值和SAR呈正相关关系,即随着盐分的降低,土壤碱化程度减弱,土壤降盐和抑碱同时发生。结论:300 kg·hm-2石膏与有机无机复混肥配施降盐抑碱效果最好,是适宜于滨海盐土的最优施肥组合。
A field experiment with annual rape-maize cropping rotation was conducted in 2009-2012 on a sandy loam soil in coastal saline area in agricultural science and technical experimental field of Insitute of Agricultural Sciences of the Coastal District in Jiangsu Provine,China.The experiment comprised of nine treatments(gypsum at three levels alone; fertilizers including inorganic fertilizer,bio-organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer alone; and different combinations of gypsum and fertilizers; inorganic fertilizer alone as control).Inorganic and organic amendments(gypsum and compost) were applied to the soil each season before the crops grow.Soil samples were collected from each treatment after the harvest of maize in 2012 and analyzed for chemical properties[salt content,total alkalinity,pH and sodium adsorption ratio(SAR) of soil].The result showed that there was significant decrease in total salt content by 57.40%,total alkalinity by 6.96%,soil pH by 0.44 and SAR by 35.72% with 300 kg·hm-2gypsum over the control treatment,while the maximum salt content in soil layers was observed with the application of 600 kg·hm-2gypsum.Among the fertilizers treatments,the value of soil salt content,total alkalinity,pH and SAR were in the increasing order of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer,bio-organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer correspondingly.The interaction between gypsum with fertilizers was obvious.Combination of gypsum with organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer could significantly lower the soil salt index than gypsum or fertilizers alone,especially the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer with gypsum at rate of 300 kg·hm-2;the combined treatment of gypsum at rate of 300 kg·hm-2and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer showed significant decrease in soil salt content by 70.93%,alkalinity by 38.26%,soil pH by 0.49 and SAR by 38.75% over the control.A positive and significant correlation was observed between the salt content with total alkalinity,
