为提高车辆起步过程中的舒适性及动力性,以6挡电控机械式自动变速器的起步控制为例进行了仿真试验。搭建了6-AMT传动系AMESim仿真模型,通过与试验结果的对比验证了仿真模型的可靠性.并对控制参数进行了优化。分别采用优化控制方法和PID控制方法对车辆起步进行控制试验,结果表明,与PID控制方法相比.优化控制方法的起步过程更快速、更平顺。
To improve comfort and power performance of vehicle during the start-up process, a mini car equipped with 6-speed AMT is simulated and tested for starting control performance. AMESim model of the powertrain with 6- speed AMT is established, and compared with test results, which proves reliability of the simulation model, and the control parameters are also optimized. We use optimal control and PID control respectively to control the starting process. The simulation result indicates that the optimal control method features faster and smoother starting-up than PID control method.
