利用量纲分析法推导了模拟试验的相似准则, 根据该相似准则设计并建立了钻柱振动能量转化效率试验装置, 推导了试验参数, 设计了能量转换结构, 选取了能量转换结构的核心部件模拟蓄能元件, 绘制了模拟蓄能元件的弹性曲线, 并与原型蓄能元件的弹性曲线进行了对比,两者拟合性较好.建立的试验装置可进行不同钻进参数、弹性刚度和安装位置条件下的冲击振动试验, 可通过测量井底钻压波动值和纵向位移波动值来计算井底钻柱振动能量值, 从而分析不同试验条件下井底钻柱振动能量的转换效率.研究结果可为有效利用钻柱振动能量提供参考依据.
Similarity criterion of simulation test is derived by using dimension analysis method to set up a test device for drill string vibration energy conversion efficiency, derive test parameters, design energy conversion structure, select core components of energy conversion structure for simulated energy storage components, and draw elastic curve of simulated energy storage components?Such curve is compared with elastic curve of original en?ergy storage component, proving the better fitting?The device can be used for the vibration test under different drilling parameters, elastic stiffness and installation position conditions, and bottom drill string vibration energy value can be calculated by measuring bottom bit pressure fluctuation value and longitudinal displacement fluctuation value, so as to analyze conversion efficiency of bottom drill string vibration energy under different test condi?tions?Study results can provide a reference basis for effective utilization of drill string vibration energy.
