如何实现硬脆性材料的高效率、高质量、高精度加工是现代精密制造领域的技术难题,为解决这一难题超声波振动磨削技术被引入到硬脆性材料的加工中。综述了超声振动磨削技术的现状,基于现有的一维振动磨削与二维振动磨削技术,着重分析了不同超声振动施加方式对磨削力、加工表面完整性、砂轮磨损等加工特性的影响。作为二维振动磨削技术的最新进展,对垂直型椭圆振动磨削技术的加工原理以及加工特性进行初步介绍。
In current precision machining field,there is a critical problem to achieve high efficiency,high-quality and high-precision machining for hard brittle material. Based on this background,the ultrasonic assisted grinding machining is widely introduced as a promising processing technology. In this pa-per,the machining characteristics,especially grinding forces,ground surface integrality and wheel wear,of both one-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasonic assisted grinding techniques are analyzed. As a new progress,the principle and fundamental characteristics of vertical elliptical ultrasonic assisted grinding method are introduced.
