英文摘要：
As an important ＂soft environment＂ to industrial cluster＇ s development, cultural embeddedness affects cluster＇s development by influencing the structure and behavior of cluster innovation system. From the dynamic perspective, there also exists co-evolutionary process among these relationships, which may lead to coupling in the early period of cluster＇s life cycle, but also result in lock-in during the＇later phases. I.e. the decline of clusters seems to be caused by the same factors that were advantages in the past. Lock-in shows that over embeddedness of region- al culture, we point out that it dues to path dependence of culture which leads to. Based on this view, we contend it＇s essential to avoid ovcr-em- beddcdness of regional culture in order to keep eluster＇s adaptation and further development.
