目的探讨放射性125I粒子对耐药肺癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法采用胎牛血清,用DMEM培养基比例为1:10的培养液培养肿瘤细胞,将细胞分为4组,分别为对照组,125I处理组、125I+顺铂处理组、顺铂处理组;取对数生长期的细胞进行处理,处理后分别对处理后的细胞进行AnnexinV、MTY、细胞凋亡Caspase-3以及细胞色素C检测。结果125I粒子处理组及125I+顺铂处理组细胞凋亡率明显高于对照组以及顺铂处理组。结论放射性125I粒子对耐药肿瘤细胞有杀伤作用。
[ Abstract ] Objective To study the killing effect of 125Ito drug resistant lung cancer cells to provides the basic theory for better treatment of drug resistant lung cancer. Methods The tumor cells were cultured using DMEM medium with fetal bovine serum ratio of 1:10. The ceils were divided into four groups, namely the control group,the 125I treatment group, 125I + cisplatin treatment group, cisplatin treatment group. The Annexin V, MTT, caspase -3 cell apoptosis,and cytochrome C of exponentially growing cells that had been treated were detected. Results The apoptosis rate in 125I seeds treated and 125I + cisplatin treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group as well as cisplatin treatment group. Conclusion 125I seed has a killing effect on drug resistant cancer cells.
