选取5种半红树植物,比较研究了在不同生境(潮间带和陆生或特大高潮滩)中叶片的K、Na、Ca、Mg和Cl等元素含量、光合特性和叶解剖结构.结果表明:1)处于低潮间带的半红树叶中K、Na、Ca、Mg和Cl等元素含量均高于特大高潮滩(陆生)的半红树叶中各元素含量,其中,阔苞菊叶中Na、Cl元素含量均显著高于其他4种半红树,而K元素含量却显著低于其他半红树.无论处于高位还是低位半红树叶对土壤中5种元素富集率均小于1,对土壤元素富集系数的大小顺序为Ca〉Mg〉K〉Na〉Cl.2)处于高位的黄槿、阔苞菊、莲叶桐植物叶片的表观量子产率(AQY)、光饱和净光合速率(Pmax)、光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭(qP)均要高于低位,而非光化学淬灭(NPQ)却低于低位.其中阔苞菊高位与低位AQY和Pmax差异显著(P〈0.05).3)处于不同生境中半红树植物叶的解剖结构,没有明显的差异.主要特征为:杨叶肖槿、黄槿和莲叶桐均具有整齐而规则的栅栏组织.大多数半红树植物叶的贮水组织不发达.阔苞菊为等面叶,黄槿具有下皮层,许树上下表皮均有盐腺.半红树植物不具有或少许具有真红树植物独特的结构,没有趋同适应,显示了结构与环境的密切关系.总之,处于高位阔苞菊对环境适应性均要高于其它4个树种高位.处于低位的许树耐盐性均要高于其他4个树种,莲叶桐较适合与高潮间带、低盐的环境.
The accumulation of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cl of leaves,photosynthetic characteristics and leaf anatomy ofHibiscus tiliaceus,Thespesia populnea,Hernandia nymphiifolia,Clerodendrum inerme and Pluchea indica from Dongzhai harbor of Haina were studied.A comparison was made between the intertidal zone of five mangrove associates and those of inland zone.The results indicated:1)The accumulation of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cl was typically higher at intertidal zone in leaves of the 5 mangrove associates,especially for P.indica,the K/Na and Ca/Na ratio decreased in leaf of H.indica in intertidal and inland.There were element enrichment coefficients in leaves of 5 mangrove associates in the sequence of CaMgK NaCl,and element enrichment ratio of leaves of 5 mangrove associates in intertidal and inland to soils was lower than 1.H.tiliaceusP.indicaH.nymphiifolia AQY、P max 、 Fv/Fm and qP,as well as the lowest NPQ,which of AQY、P max of P.indica in intertidal and inland were differ ent significantly.3) Features of structure of leaves of 5 mangrove associates in intertidal were not different with those plants in inland significantly.There are regular cell arranges in the palisade tissue of H.tiliaceus,T.populnea,H.nymphi ifolia.Aerenchyma and aqueous tissue are poorly developed in the leaves of most mangrove associates.Cross section views indicated that leaf of P.indica was isolateral with symmetric structure,whereas those of H.tiliaceus,T.populnea,H.nymphiifolia,C.inerme were dorsi-ventral and asymmetric.There is a layer thin wall cells arranging loosely in epidermic leaf of H.tiliaceus.There are many salt-secreting glandular hairs on the lower epidermic of C.inerme.All these have shown that the mangrove associates has no or a little peculiar structure of the true-mangrove,and there is no convergent adaptation.The studies exhibit that the organic structure is closely adapted to the environment.In genera,P.indica of in land populations had higher adapted to the environment than those of four mangrove associate species of inland popula tions.
