为了避免矿用无轨胶轮车车架在使用年限内出现断裂的情况,因此,在车架设计时需要进行相关的仿真模拟来验证设计的车架是否满足要求。本文通过建立车架的有限元模型,对矿用无轨胶轮车车架的弯曲及扭转工况等稳态力学进行仿真模拟分析,最终获得了静态分析应力云图和位移云图,从而验证了本文设计的车架满足强度要求。
In order to avoid the mine trackless rubber tyred vehicle frame in the service life and failure, therefore, the frame design requires simulation related to validate the design of the frame meets the requirements. In this paper, by establishing a finite element model of the frame, the steady state condition mechanical bending and twisting frame of mine trackless rubber tyred car simulation analysis, finally obtained the static analysis of stress anddisplacement plot, which verified the frame is designed in this paper meets the strength requirement.
