摘要:根据美国建筑协会ASTMC1202标准对制备得到的复合外掺料高性能混凝土开展了6h快速氯离子扩散试验,研究表明不掺加矿物掺合料的普通混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能低于各组掺矿物掺合料的高性能混凝土,其中三掺粉煤灰、硅灰和矿渣的高性能混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能最佳。采用基于Fick第二定律的解析解对试验后各组混凝土中氯离子的浓度分布进行拟合,其拟合结果与试验值吻合情况较好,说明加速试验后混凝土中氯离子的分布仍然符合Fick第二定律,拟合结果同时表明,快速氯离子扩散试验对于普通混凝土和不同配合比的高性能混凝土中氯离子扩散的加速程度存在差异;复合掺加矿物掺合料的高性能混凝土中氯离子含量较低是由其较小的扩散系数和较低的表面氯离子浓度共同决定的。
Investigated the influence of compound admixture on chloride diffusion in high-performance concrete (HPC).The Coulomb electric charge of high-performance concrete specimens with compound admixture was determined by 6 h ASTM C 1202 experimentation based on the American Institute of Architects.The experimental results showed that the chloride diffusion permeability of all of the high-per- formance concrete contained with admixture were better than those of the common concrete, and the one with fly ash, blast furnace slag and silica flame was the best.The close form solution based on Fick's second law was applied to analysis the chloride concentration in concrete.The results of the close form solution was well in agreement with the experiment and indicated that there were differences for the degree of acceleration of chloride in different mixing ratio concrete in the rapid chloride permeability test.Low chloride concentration in the high-performance concrete contained with compound admixture was attributed to the small diffusion coefficient and low surface chloride concentration together.
