提出的在陶瓷粉体颗粒表面吸附有机物单体(如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯胺、丙烯酰胺、乙烯吡咯烷酮等单体)分子,然后加入适当的引发剂,在球磨分散过程中,由于球磨子的碰撞,可将能量传递给吸附在颗粒表面的引发剂,从而引发单体在颗粒表面的聚合,形成只有链轨构象而没有链环构象的分散方式,不会造成桥连及絮凝,并消除粉体颗粒的个体表面差异,从而有利于制备高固含量的稳定均匀分散的流延浆料。
Organic monomers of acrylic acid,methacrylic acid,allylamine,acrylamide,vinypyrrolidone,etc.were adsorbed onto the surface of the ceramic particles.Then an appropriate initiator was added.In the dispersion process by ball-milling,energy could be transferred to the initiator adsorbed on the particle surface due to the collision of the balls,thus initiating the polymerization of monomers on the surface.With conformations of caterpillars and none of chains formed in the process,bridging and flocculation would not occur,the surface difference between the individual particles could be eliminated,and a uniformly dispersed stable casting slurry with high solid content could be obtained.
