涂装前的钢铁表面粗糙度直接影响涂装效果。为了达到合适的表面粗糙度应对钢铁除锈后基体表面粗糙度进行研究。通过激光参数匹配实验得到了粗糙度变化曲线图以及基体表面扫描电镜图。结果标明,根据粗糙度曲线图和扫描电镜图,可以判断在保持其他两种参数相同的情况下:①样品表面粗糙度值随着激光功率的增大而增大;②样品表面粗糙度值随着扫描次数的增大而增大;③样品表面粗糙度值随着扫描速度的增大而减小。
The surface roughness of the steel before painting directly affects the coating effect. In order to achieve an appropriate surface roughness,the substrate surface roughness after steel derusting is studied. In this paper,roughness changing curves and scanning electron micrograph (SEM)of the substrate surface are obtained through the matching experiment of laser parameters. According to SEM images and roughness curves,some conclusions are gotten. The results show that:① the surface roughness increases as the increase of laser power;② the surface roughness increases as the increase of the scan times;③ the surface roughness decreases as the increase of the scanning speed.
