为了研究中国关利奴羊周岁母羊羊毛纤维直径及其变异,试验测定了巩乃斯种羊场不同群体的1460只周岁母羊羊毛纤维直径及直径变异系数,并采用SASV软件的广义线性模型GLM对不同群体的羊毛纤维直径及其变异系数进行了多重比较,结果表明不同群体周岁母羊的羊毛纤维直径及其变异系数之间存在显著差异,相关分析表明羊毛纤维直径与羊毛纤维直径变异系相关系数为-0.12,表明该群体中国美利奴羊细毛羊羊毛纤维直径变细时,羊毛纤维直径变异增加,羊毛越细,细度匀度越差。
In order to study the fiber diameter (FD) andcoefficient of variation of wool fibre diameter (CVFD) of Chinese Merino sheep, we measured the FD and CVFD of 1460 ewes in different breeders in 2008 .Using SASanalysed the results of FD and CVFD by different groups , the result showed that there were significant differences between the FD and CVFD of different groups. The correlation analysis showed that the FD and CVFD is -0.12, which indicates when the diameter of wool fibers of Chinese Merino sheep is thinner, the coefficient of variation of wool fibre diameterwill increase.The wool finer, the fineness uniformity of wool worse.
