为了研究磷钨酸/Ti O2复合催化剂制备条件对催化剂的光催化性能的影响,用溶胶凝胶法制备了磷钨酸掺杂纳米Ti O2复合催化剂(简称PW/Ti O2),并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和BET比表面积等手段对PW/Ti O2进行了表征。以苯为气相有机污染物,考察了热处理温度、热处理时间以及磷钨酸掺杂量对PW/Ti O2的催化性能的影响以及催化剂的循环使用,结果表明:PW/Ti O2的催化性能均随着焙烧温度,焙烧时间以及磷钨酸掺杂量的增加是先增加后减少,当磷钨酸与二氧化钛配比为0.008 5∶1,焙烧温度为350℃,焙烧时间为2 h时,PW/Ti O2的催化性能最佳。PW/Ti O2的光催化效果明显好于Ti O2和HPW,但随着催化剂使用次数的增加,其对苯的降解效率逐渐减弱。
In order to study the effect of preparation conditions on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 catalyst with phosphotungstic acid,PW / TiO2 composite catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD,SEM and BET. With benzene as organic vapor pollutants,effects of heat treatment temperature,time,phosphotungstic acid doping and the recycle of catalyst on the catalytic performance of PW / TiO2 were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic performance of PW / TiO2 increased was increased at first and then decrease with the increase of calcination temperature,calcination time and phosphotungstic acid content. When the proportion of phosphotungstic acid and titanium dioxide for 0. 008 5 ∶ 1,350 ℃ of calcination temperature,2 h of calcination time,the catalytic performance of PW / TiO2 was best. The photocatalytic performance of PW / TiO2 was better than TiO2 and HPW,But with the increase in catalyst usage,the benzene degradation efficiency decreased gradually.
