以粳籼交Lemont/Teqing的F13RILs群体为作图群体,构建水稻芽期耐冷性主效QTLqSCT-11所在染色体区段的高密度分子标记连锁图谱,用于主效QTLqST-11的分子标记定位与分析。通过测定粳籼交Lemont/Teqjng的RILs群体在10℃低温的芽期耐冷性,WinQTLCart2.5软件对耐冷性性状进行复合区间作图,结果表明此主效QTL位于11号染色体短臂近着丝粒区域ID7924-3与RM202标记之间。
In order to identify the major QTLqSCT-11 in specific genome region of chr 11, a high-density molecular linkage map of chr 11 in specific genome region was constructed. A recombinant inbred line population derived from an japonica - indica cross (Lemont/Teqing) were assessed for cold tolerance at early seedling stage at 10℃. The date combined with the high-density molecular linkage map of chr 11 were used to map the major QTL conferring cold tolerance by a computer program WinQTLCart based on composite interval mapping. According to the mapping results, the major QTLqSCT-11 was identified between adjacent markers 197924-3 and RM202 , which was also adjacent to the centromere region of chr l 1.
