介绍了“能效电厂”的概念和能效电厂与风电场同时参与随机生产模拟的处理方法,提出改进等效电量频率法对含能效电厂和风电场的电力系统进行随机生产模拟,对常规机组启停的影响进行了评估,计算了与火电机组开机、暖机等因素相关的动态费用,通过EPRI36机改进算例对含风电电力系统中引人能效电厂的影响进行了定量分析和计算。
This paper introduces the concept of EPP and the method of stochastic production simulation of power sys- tem including both wind farms and EPPs by using the improved equivalent energy and frequency function method. The impacts of wind farms on the start-up and shut-down of conventional units are evaluated ; the dynamic costs related with the start-up and warm-up of thermal units are calculated. Finally the impacts of the introduction of EPP to power system with wind farms are analyzed and calculated quantitatively with the improved calculation example of EPRI 36 unit.
