对超临界水氧化法(SCWO)和普通生化法在含酚废水处理中的技术经济性进行了评估。对比了两种工艺的工艺流程、污染物处理效果及运行费用。结果表明,SCWO法比普通生化法具有工艺简单、占地面积小、容易安装、易实现自动化、处理效率高、无二次污染等优点。采用SCWO技术处理含酚废水,无需预处理及后续深度处理,出水即可达国家污染物综合排放标准(GB8978—1996)一级标准。SCWO工艺产生的二氧化碳及蒸汽可回收利用产生收益,每处理1m3废水可获利2.3元,而生化法处理费用迭41.8元/m3。SCWO法比生化法具有显著的技术及经济优势,在含酚废水处理中具有广阔的发展前景。
The economic analysis of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) and biochemical process for phenol-containing industrial wastewater treatment were carded out. The findings include the analysis of flow sheet, effluent quality and operation cost of the two processes. Studies show that the SCWO process has the advantages of compact structure, small space required, easy installation and control, high treatment efficiency and no-secondary pollution compaired with the biochemical process. The effluent treated with SCWO process could reach national discharge standard I (GB 8978 -- 1996) without other pretreatment and advanced processes, and could gain 2.3 yuan/m3. While the operation cost of biochemical treatment is as high as 41.8 yuan/m3. SCWO process shows a unique advantage in both technology and economy and will be a promising technique for phenol-containing industrial wastewater treatment.
