目的观察常态及针刺时胃经线下深部组织氧分压与微循环血流灌注量的变化,探讨胃经的经与非经、经上穴与非穴相关组织的能量代谢特点。方法沿胃经循行线上取4个穴位(伏兔、阴市、足三里、上巨虚)及2个经上非穴位(伏兔-阴市中点、足三里-上巨虚中点),在6个测试点内外1.5~2 cm处各取1个非经对照点,分为胃经组(胃经穴位组、胃经非穴位组)、内对照点组、外对照点组,连续同步记录氧分压与微循环血流灌注量60 min,观察其在电针前、电针解溪穴时、电针后的变化。结果在正常情况下,沿胃经循行线上测试点深部组织氧分压与微循环血流灌注量显著高于内外两侧非经对照部位,胃经线上测试点氧分压电针解溪穴时及电针后有非常显著降低(P【0.01),胃经穴位组氧分压降低幅度非常显著大于胃经非穴位组(P【0.01);微循环血流灌注量无显著差异;两侧非经对照点无显著变化。结论经络通道上存在着某些特殊的腧穴,在这些腧穴上有着更高的氧气供应,并在经络调控过程中起着重要的作用。
Objective To observe the partial oxygen pressure and microcirculatory blood perfusion of deep tissues along stomach meridian under normal state and their variation during acupuncture,and discuss the characteristics of energy metabolism in the deep tissues along stomach meridian and non-meridian,of stomach meridian acupoints and non-acupoints.Methods 6 testing spots were selected.Four of them are acupoints,which are Futu(ST32),Yinshi(ST33),Zusanli(ST36) and Shangjuxu(ST37),While the other two are non-acupoints,which are the middle point of the line between ST32 and ST33,and the middle point of the line between ST36 and ST37.Meanwhile two contrasting non-meridian points were adopted on the bilateral sides of each testing spot,1.5-2 cm apart.All points were divided into stomach meridian acupoints group,stomach meridian non-acupoints group,and contrasting non-meridian points groups.The two testing indexes were kept under observation for 60 minutes simultaneously,and the changes before and after the electroacupuncture and during electroacupuncturing at Jiexi(ST41) were observed.Results Under normal state the partial oxygen pressure and microcirculatory blood perfusion in deep tissues along stomach meridian are higher than that along bilateral contrasting non-meridian lines.After the electroacupuncture and during electroacupuncturing at ST41,the partial oxygen pressure on testing spots along stomach meridian decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the decreasing amplitude of the partial oxygen pressure in stomach meridian acupoints group was higher than that in stomach meridian non-acupoints group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in microcirculatory blood perfusion among the groups.Conclusion Some specific acupoints,which have more oxygen and play an important role in the regulation process of meridian,exist in the channel of meridian.
