This paper builds a 2×4 MIMO-OFDM system which is based on the V-BLAST structure,and determines the K value of K-Best algorithm in this system.Then the K-Best detector has been designed and accomplished by the Xilinx Virtex-5 chip.The resource consumption and the clock frequency of the detector is provided.Finally,the correctness of the detector is validated by the simulation of the performance.
