使用CAD/CAE来开发设计架桥机,存在开发的专业性不强,架桥机的结构设计仍然存在着设计与分析计算相脱节、效率低等诸多问题,以JQ160-30A架桥机研发为例,构建了一个架桥机结构CAD/CAE协同设计系统,综合运用模块化技术、参数化技术、协同设计等技术来实现该系统的各部分的联合设计功能。
Most of CAD/CAE software is general software which is not specific to design for bridge erection machine. Besides,the design for bridge erection machine is always inefficient and separated from its structural analysis. With the sample of designing JQ160-30 A,it is aimed at building a collaborative structural design and analysis platform for bridge erection machine,using modular,parametric and collaborative technologies.
