针对神东矿区煤层埋深浅、上覆基岩薄、厚松散含水层的地质条件,在回采期间,尤其是在第一次老顶断裂后,极易发生溃水溃沙。为了实现安全回采,研究了极具代表性的上湾煤矿12207工作面切眼区域,通过对该区域冒落带和导水裂隙高度,防水、防砂煤岩柱高度的研究,预测了矿井涌水量。依此为依据,采取了水文地质补勘、施工直通泄水孔、井下探放水、地面注浆等工程措施和井下工作面排水系统的建设等措施,实现了安全回采。
Shallow burial depth, thin overlying bedrock and thick loose aquifer are the basic geological characteristicsof Shendong mining area. During stoping, especially after breaking of the first main roof, water and sand inrushis easy to happen. In order to realize safe stoping, this paper took the cutting area of working face 12207 inShangwan coal mine as the experiment object, researched the height of caving zone and water conducting fractures,the height of water/quicksand-proof coal/rock pillars, and predicted the mine inflow. Accordingly, several measureswere taken including hydrogeological supplementary investigating, construction of direct water drainage holes,underground water detection and drainage as well as surface grouting to guarantee the safe stoping.
