广东电网潮流特性复杂,重大停电检修密集交错,导致网架结构薄弱,系统运行风险加大。为了提高电网故障后的快速恢复能力,对广东电网内单轴式与双轴式燃气–蒸汽联合循环机组特性进行了分析,从而得到其正常运行、调峰与黑启动的经验总结。结合快速切负荷(fast cut back,FCB)技术原理和燃气–蒸汽联合循环机组运行特性进行了建模,提出了考虑负荷爬坡速率与快速恢复时间的优化模型。通过实例数据,验证了该模型的应用对电网故障后快速恢复的有效性、实用性。
Power flow characteristics of Guangdong power grid are complex and overhaul for major power outages is intensive, which may cause grid structure weak and system running risks increase. In order to improve fast recovery ability of the power grid after failure, this paper analyzes characteristics of single shaft gas-steam combined cycle turbine and double shaft gas-steam combined cycle turbine of Guangdong power grid, and obtains experiences of normal operation, peak load and black start. Based on modeling according to fast cut back (FCB) technology principle and operational characteristics of gassteam combined cycle turbine, it proposes an optimized model considering load climbing rate and fast recovery time. On the basis of example data, it proves validity and practicability of this model in realizing fast recovery of the power grid after failure.
