基于有限元分析软件AdvantEdge建立反映金属切削温度的有限元模型,模拟研究铝合金2024-T4铣削加工过程中工件和刀具上的温度分布规律,以及铣削温度随着铣削速度和时间的变化趋势,为深入研究加工机理提供有益的参考数据。
Based on the FEM analysis software AdvantEdge,a simulation model for the milling process of aluminum alloy 2024-T4 was established to research the cutting temperature.This simulition model predicts the temperature distribution of workpiece and cutting tool,and the temperature variation trend along with the cutting speed and machining time.The simulation results provide valuable references for researching on machining mechanism.
