采样器是进行月球探测所需要的重要工具之一,它对能否顺利实现月壤采样起到关键作用。目前已有的采样器不能同时满足深层、原样、反复的采样要求。针对月球低重力环境下的月壤采集工作所面对的技术问题,提出一种新型月壤采样器—多杆深层采样器。该采样器装有4根空心钻杆,当一根钻杆钻入地下之后,下一根钻杆通过换杆机构和下钻机构的合作可以实现与地下钻杆的连接,4根钻杆连接后最大可以实现1.5米深的钻探取样。该采样器结构新颖、功能强大,能够同时满足以上三点要求。模拟仿真结果和样机试验证明了该钻探系统的可行件.
Sampler which is one of the most important tools for the lunar subsurface exploration plays a vital role in sampling the lunar regolith. At present tile existing sampling drillers can not meet the requirement for deep, original and repeated sampling together. This paper presents a new kind of sampling instrument, Multi-Rod Deep Driller (MRDD), to deal with the issues raised in the low gravity environment of moon. MRDD is equipped with 4 hollow rods, which can be interconnected. So it can realize 0 to 1.5m deep sampling. MRDD has the advantages of novel structure, powerful function and it can meet the three requirements above. Results of simulation and part of prototype test show that the drilling system is feasible.
