Quality improvement team activity is a mature method of quality improving, proved by more and more enterprises, which is a pivotal part of enterprise quality management activity. For now, the application of QC team activity benefited the civil engineering area from avoiding risk, reducing cost, and improving quality. In this article, the QC method was adopted on the optimization of Jiangshi route program of Huaitong expressway, which achieved good results.
