研究了锚杆长度及初锚力在煤矿巷道二次支护中所起作用。以有限元程序ABAQUS为分析工具,以锚杆长度及初锚力为变化参数,建立了18个计算工况,定性研究了各参数在煤矿巷道二次支护中所起的作用,并用煤矿巷道现场实验进行了验证。研究表明,巷道二次支护相对于一次完成全部支护,能降低巷道围岩环向拉应力,降低围岩开裂趋势;增大锚杆长度及增大初锚力对二次支护锚固效果有增强作用,从性价比角度考虑,增大初锚力比增大锚杆长度对增强锚固效果更有效。
The effect of bolt length and the initial anchorage force in the secondary support of coal mine tunnel was studied. 18 computing conditions were established with parameters of the bolt length and initial anchorage force through the finite element method (FEM) program of ABAQUS, and the ef- fect of each parameter in the secondary support of coal mine tunnel was studied in a qualitative way, which was examined in the field test in a coal roadway. The research results have shox,~n that 1) Com- pared against support completed at one time, the secondary support reduces the hoop stresses in the roadway surrounding rocks and lower the tendency of cracking in the surrounding rocks; 2) Increasing the bolt length and bolt initial anchorage force can improve the secondary support bolting effect; 3) From the perspective of cost and effect, increasing the bolt initial anchorage force plays a more efficient role in improving the secondary support bolting effect than increasing the bolt length.
