随着新创企业的蓬勃发展，知识密集型服务网络与新创企业的关系显得愈加紧密，但是学界对此尚未有充分的认识。本文在研究新创企业与知识密集型服务网络互动关系的基础上，按照关系导向、过程导向和目标导向的层次划分，将新创企业与知识密集型服务网络的关系由初级到高级进一步细分为V型、Y型和T型，并详细分析了每一类型中新创企业与知识密集型服务网络之间协同成长的特征。

With the vigorous development of new ventures, the influence of knowledge intensive business service network to new ventures becomes more and more obviously, but scholars presently don＇t understand it sufficiently. By researching the continuous deepening re]ationship between knowledge intensive business service network and new ventures, according to the different levels which can be named relationship orientation, process orientation and aim orientation in static state, this paper compartmentalizes the relationship between new ventures and knowledge intensive business service network into V-type, Y-type and T-type, and analyzes the synergetie growth of every type detailedly.
