煤直接液化过程中的煤浆加氢反应器是煤直液化装置的核心,其工况复杂,条件苛刻,所以其工程放大难度很大。介绍了这类反应器的3种主要类型:活塞流式;沸腾床式;外循环浆态床式,并对这3种反应器的研究与开发情况进行了分析和评述,特别是对德国在活塞流反应器运行中遇到的问题和取得的经验作了介绍,以期对国内研究开发有所借鉴。
Reactors used for coal slurry hydrogenation are the core of direct liquefaction devices, its working condition are very critical and complex , therefore its scale up faces a series of difficulties. There are so far three types:piston flow reactor; ebullient bed reactor; slurry reactor with out cycling etc. The research and development status of these three reactors were analyzed and commented ,especially the problems and experiences of German piston flow reactor were summarized.
