工作家庭间的积极作用日益引起重视,但西方研究居多。它在中国情境下的本土化推进日益成为一个关键性工作,这是本土化研究实现与西方研究平等“对话”的基础。在推进工作家庭促进本土化研究的进程中,其文化适切性的系统思考显得急为迫切。基于个人主义/集体主义、人本导向、具体性/扩散性、普遍主义/特殊主义等文化维度,本文进行了中国情境下工作家庭促进的一系列跨文化对比分析,透视了跨文化研究的地域性差异。同时,研究从本土情境下的工作家庭促进内涵和特征、有效性、作用机制及实施效果切入,呈现了未来研究的价值取向。
A growing number of work-family researchers are calling for attentions to the positive side of the work-family interface. However, western researches are in the majority. Its localization has increasingly become a key job which is the basis for China to exchange ideas equally with the West. In this advancing process, it is imperative to systematically think the local culture adaptation. This paper promotes a series of cross- cultural comparisons and analyses from the perspective of culture dimensions such as Individualism/Collectivism, Human Orientation, Specificity/Diffusion, Universalism/ Particularity under the Chinese context. Thus, we could have a profound understanding of the regional differences between Chinese culture and western culture. This research also brings forward the value orientations probably helpful for future researches in the aspects of work-family facilitation's connotation and characteristics, effectiveness, mechanism and effect.
