Taking Jiangsu province as an example, the author analyzed the relationship between the supply and demand of con- struction land in Twelfth Five - Year Plan period, explored the potential problems in land use, and put forward the following land regulatory suggestions and matching measures： perfecting the law enforcement supervision system, strengthening the supervision of law enforcement, improving land management system, improving the construction of land examination technical standard.
