采用问卷调研实证方式对组织中领导者的价值观与下属的上向信任之间的关系进行研究后发现,领导者的价值观与下属的信任之间有明显的相关关系;领导者的价值观与领导者的行为之间有明显的相关关系;领导者的行为与下属的信任之间也有明显的相关关系。进一步研究发现,领导行为在领导者的价值观与员工信任的关系中具有部分中介效应。
With the relationship between the leader′s values and the subordinate′s trust to the leaders in organization investigated by using the empirical mode of questionnaire survey,it is found that there is a distinctive correlation between the leader′s values and the subordinate′s trust to the leaders,between the leader′s values and the leader′s behavior,and also between the leader′s behavior and the subordinate′s trust to the leaders.It is revealed in further investigation that the leader′s behavior has a partial mediating effect in the relation between the leader′s values and the subordinate′s trust to the leaders.
