生物传感器是目前生命科学及临床医学测试方法研究中最为活跃的领域之一,电化学生物传感器是其中一个重要分支,已广泛用于临床、工业、环境和农业分析等领域。进入21世纪,纳米科技的迅猛发展为新型生物传感器的研制提供了难得的机遇。本文简要介绍和总结近年来基于蛋白质和纳米材料发展新型电化学生物传感器的研究进展,着重探讨纳米材料在构建新型电化学生物传感器中的应用。
Biosensors have received more and more research interests due to the rapidly increased requirement for measurements in life sciences.Protein-based electrochemical biosensors,which are particular focused because of practical advantages,have been widely used in clinic,industry,environment,and agriculture.Due to the rapid development of nano Sci-Tech,many kinds of novel biosensors are fabricated.In this paper,we summarize the progress of protein-based electrochemical biosensors,with the emphasis on the discussion of the application of nanomaterials to the development of electrochemical biosensors fabricated with protein and nanomaterials.
