为了筛选能适于枸杞扦插育苗的插穗处理方案,从而提高枸杞扦插生根质量,以宁杞4号枸杞为研究对象,采用正交试验方法和相关性分析及主成分分析法,就不同生长调节剂的种类、浓度和处理时间对枸杞扦插生根质量的影响效果进行了试验研究和分析评价。结果表明:各试验因素对枸杞扦插生根的影响效力问的差异显著,其影响力的大小依序为激素种类〉激素浓度〉处理时间;不同处理下各项生根质量指标间均呈正相关性,其中,平均根系长度与平均根系直径呈极显著正相关,生根率与平均根系长度显著相关,最大根系直径与平均根系直径、最长根系长度均显著相关;9个处理的枸杞扦插效果依次为处理Ⅲ(即以200mg·kg-1的NAA处理2h)〉处理Ⅱ(以100mg·kg-1的NAA处理1h)〉处理Ⅷ(以100mg·kg-1的ABT1号处理2h)〉处理Ⅰ(50mg·kg-1的NAA处理3h〉处理V(100mg·kg-1的GGR处理3h),其中,以处理Ⅲ(以200mg·kg-1的NAA处理2h)和处理Ⅱ(以100mg·kg-1的NAA处理1h)的扦插效果为最好,其扦插苗的根系质量均最优良,这2个处理组合可在生产中推广应用。
In order to select some suitable cuttings treatment plan for the cuttage propagation of Lycium barbarum, and to improve rooting quality of L. barbarum cuttings, the effects of kinds, concentration and treating time of growth regulators on rooting quality ofL. barbarum (Ningqi No.4) were studied, analyzed and evaluated, by using the orthogonal test and principal component analysis. The results showed the factors had significant differences among rooting effects of L. barbarum cuttings, and the influences were in order hormone type 〉 hormone concentration 〉 treating time. In the treatments, there were positive correlation between the rooting indexes. Among them, average root length had a very significantly positive correlation with average root diameter, the rooting rate had a significant correlation with average root length, and the maximum root diameter showed significant correlations with both average root diameter and maximum root length. Cutting effects of 9 treatments showed as treatment Ill CNAA 200 mg.kg -1 for 2 h) 〉 treatment II (NAA 100 mgokg - 1 for 1 h) 〉 treatment vm (ABT-1 100 mg-kg - x for 2 h) 〉 treatment I (NAA 50 mg.kg - 1 for 3 h) 〉 treatment V (GGR 100 mgokg- for 3 h), the best root quality was obtained in the treatment Ⅲ (NAA 200 mgokg-1 for 2 h) and treatment Ⅱ (NAA 100 mg kg - 1for 1 h), and the treatments could be applied in production.
