In order to provide information service for the key disciplines in agricultural universities, three Chinese Journal Full-text Database： CNKI, VIP, Wanfang database and Elesvier ScienceDirect, Springerlink, Proquest agriculture journals were used as the research object. According to the classification of agricultural science in the databases, on the subject of the journals quantity, science core journals indexed comparative analysis.
