为了解野生兰菌及栽培兰菌对栽培文心兰S2期小苗生长及根系微生物的影响,将促进文心兰瓶苗生长的8株野生兰菌及5株文心兰菌制成液体菌液,并将原菌液分别稀释10、25和50倍回接小苗根部。结果表明:菌根化植株较对照生长势强.生长周期缩短,根际微生物较对照少;菌液K8、S3、L5的10倍稀释浓度,菌液K10、K14的25倍稀释浓度以及菌液Z10、L3、L4的50倍稀释浓度明显缩短了植株生长期,与对照差异显著。
In order to explore effects of the wild orchid fungi and the cultivated orchid fungi on the seeclhng growth ot the cultivated Oncidium and its rhizosphere microorganism, 8 strains of wild orchid fungi and 5 strains of Oncidium fungi, available for the growth of Oncidium seedlings in bottles, have been made into the liquid solutions, and then diluted 10, 25, and 50 times to inoculate its own root. The studies showed that Myeorrhizal Oncidium plants had better growth vigour and shorter growth period than controlled ones, the number of rhizosphere microorganism in mycorrhizal plants was less than the controlled; the dilution bacteria of KS, S3 and L5 with the first dilution, K10 and K14 with the second dilution and Z10, L3 and L4 with the third dilution greatly shortened the growth period, which had distinct differences with the controlled. Therefore, selecting the proper fungi and its optimal dose in this study is very significant for orchid Mycorrhizal cultivation in reality.
