构建具有复杂适应性的组织是企业有效应对组织复杂性的重要途径。通过分析不同环境特征和战略选择对企业复杂适应性的影响回答了哪些因素影响组织中的企业复杂适应性形成问题。研究结果表明:当环境复杂程度较高时,企业会倾向于培育自组织学习、自主创新、柔性协作与动态适应方面的复杂适应性;采用防御者战略会倾向于形成自组织学习、动态适应等方面的复杂适应性;采用前瞻者战略的企业会倾向于形成自组织学习、自主创新及柔性协作等方面的复杂适应性;采用分析者战略的企业会倾向于形成自组织学习及柔性协作等方面的复杂适应性;但反应者战略不利于企业形成复杂适应性。
This study discussed the influence factors of enterprise complex adaptive.The empirical results show that: environmental complexity is positively related to self-organization learning,independent innovation,flexible collaboration and dynamic adaptation.Defender strategy is positively related to dynamic adaptation and self-organization learning.Prospector strategy is positively related to self-organization learning,independent innovation,and flexible collaboration.Analyzer strategy is positively related to self-organization learning and flexible collaboration.However,Reactor strategy is not significant related to organizational complex adaptive.The conclusion is helpful for different firms to become complex adaptive organizations in order to cope with organizational complexity in transitional period.
