针对耦合机构构型综合过程中结构设计随机性大的问题,提出了1种基于正十二面体结构进行对称耦合机构构型综合的新方法。考虑到对称耦合机构结构的复杂性,该方法首先基于正十二面体的几何结构特点设计出几种基础对称并联机构模型;然后,通过添加约束耦合链构建出具有不同自由度的对称耦合机构;最后基于螺旋理论分析耦合机构的自由度,并用三维软件对耦合机构进行仿真验证。结果表明,该方法可以有效地综合出对称耦合机构,为对称耦合机构的综合奠定了一定的理论基础。
To solve the problem of the randomness of structural design in the type synthesis process of coupling mechanism,a new method based on dodecahedron structure was proposed for the type synthesis of symmetric coupling mechanisms.Due to the complexity of the structure of symmetric coupling mechanism,the basic model of parallel mechanisms was built by the characteristics of dodecahedron structure firstly.Subsequently,the different degrees of freedom of symmetric coupling mechanism are built by the introduction of the constraint coupling chain.Finally based on the screw theory,the degree of freedom of coupled mechanism is analyzed and the simulation results are verified by the 3Dsoftware.The results show that the symmetric coupling mechanism can be effectively synthesized by the method which also provides a theoretical basis for the synthesis of the symmetric coupling mechanism.
