He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Microelectronics and solid-state electronics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) His research interests include spintronic devices and related advanced materials and nano-magnetic materials. Huai-Wu Zhang was born in Shanxi Province, China, in 1959. He is the Professor, Ph.D. Candidate Advisor and Yangtz Scholar Distinguished Professor working in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include magneto-electric information materials and devices, nano-magnetic materials and LTCC integrated devices. Qi-Ye Wen was born in Guangxi Province, China, in 1976. He received the B.Sc. degree from the Wuhan University of Science and Technology in 1998, the M.Sc. degree from the Guangxi University in 2001 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2005. His research interests include spin electronics, magnetism in nanostruetures including layered films or nanoparticles and applications based on magnetic materials. John Q. Xiao was born in Jiangsu Province, China, in 1962. He is the Professor and Ph.D. Candidate Advisor, Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Delaware, USA, and Yangtz Scholar Distinguished Guest Professor, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include ferromagnetism, spin electronics and electromagnetic field theory.
