提出一种基于z流面的径流式叶片中弧线造型设计方法。在子午流面中,定义径流式叶型中弧线径向半径沿轴向的变化规律;在z流面中,结合进出口的气流参数,定义叶型中弧线周向角沿轴向的变化规律;组合生成叶型的中弧线。利用Bézier曲线描述中弧线的子午型线和z流面型线,在升级算法和曲率优化的基础上保证了连接处的曲率连续。沿中弧线法线方向依据一定的厚度分布规律生成径流式叶型,并实现了含大小叶片离心式压气机的参数化造型设计。在设计空间中,以超拉丁方试验设计方法采样原始数据,在此基础上生成具有最小无偏估计的Kriging近似模型,基于此近似模型实现了气动优化设计,提高了离心式压气机的气动性能。
The method of centrifugal blade modeled by camber modeling method on basis of z-θ rule is studied.In meridional plane,the distribution of camber radius along axis is designed.In the z-θ plane,the distribution of camber azimuthal angle along axis is designed considering the flow parameters.The camber is created by combining the meridional curve and z-θ plane curve.The Bézier curve is employed to describe the curves and G2 continuous is obtained at the curve joints by upgrading.The centrifugal blade profile is generated by shifting thickness along the camber normal direction.The origin data for approximation model is sampled in design space by Latin hyper cube method as a method of design of experiment.Approximation model which represents the relationship between design parameters and responses is created by kriging model.The performance of compressor is improved on the basis of the approximation model,which reduces the design cycle.
