英文摘要：

A comprehensive assessment index system including bearing, maintenance, decoration and fitment, water supply and drainage, heating ventilating and air conditioning （HVAC） , and electrical sub-systems, is developed in this paper by improving the anyalytieal hierarchy process （AHP） method. Qualitative or quantitative evaluation standard and grade are set for every index in the system, and a corresponding evaluation model is constructed to implement fuzzy quantitative evaluation from the subsystem to the intergrated for office buildings. Finanlly, the comprehensive assessment index system and the fuzzy assessment method are demonstrated by engineering practice.
