针对目前潜污泵水力设计方法传统单一,长时间在水下运行后存在机械密封泄漏,效率不高,运行可靠性差和事故频发等现状,提供了潜污泵的多工况水力设计方法和双密封室结构设计,使泵的性能大大优化,运行可靠性大为增强,平均效率可高出国内同类产品5%~10%,节能效果十分显著。
Nowadays, the current hydraulic design of submersible sewage pumps is traditional and single, however mechanical seal leakage problems still exist after operating underwater for a long time. Furthermore,its efficiency is not high, operation reliability is poor and accidents occur frequently. Therefore,this paper offers multi-operating condition hydraulic design method and double sealed chamber structure design of submersible sewage pumps. The performance of the pump is greatly optimized, operation reliability is strengthened a lot. Meanwhile, the average efficiency is higher than the domestic similar products from 5% to 10%, and the energy saving effect is notable as well.
