The embeddedness of entrepreneurial network provides human resources, material resources and knowledge resources to newly established enterprises. With capability orientation, enterprises transform the resources into enterprise capabilities, such as strategic ability, operation- al ability, organizational management ability and commitment ability through learning process. It makes the companies to realize their performances in value creation, benefit gaining, and fast de- velopment. The rapid development of WENS Group for over 20 years shows that heterogeneous re- source acquired by the network enbeddedness is the fundamental guarantee for the performance of the new enterprise. Newly established companies should take the advantage of the network, and accumulate resource integration ability through capacity orientation and organization learning. Dur- ing the process, knowledge integration should be the emphasis of factor integration.
