合成了一种TiO2/氟化丙烯酸纳米复合涂料,对树脂和合成产物进行了一系列的检测。采用凝胶渗透色谱法和差示扫描量热法分别检测氟化丙烯酸树脂的重均分子量和玻璃化转变温度,红外光谱检测确认了纳米TiO2在树脂上的成功接枝,海洋浸没实验分析了复合涂层的防污程度。实验结果显示,通过添加表面改性的纳米TiO2能够显著提高氟化丙烯酸聚合物的防污性能,从而提供了一种无毒、环保的海洋防污涂料制备方法。
A Ti O2/fluorined acrylic nano-composite paint is synthesized. A series of detection were conducted on the obtained resin product. The gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were applied to detect the weight-average molar mass(Mw) and glass transition temperature(Tg) of the fluorined acrylic resin. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR) analysis was used to determine successful grafting of nano-Ti O2 on resin, and the antifouling degree of the composite coatings was analyzed by the marine immersion test.The experimental results showed that the antifouling performance can be improved significantly by adding surface-modified nano-Ti O2. Therefore a toxin-free and eco-friendly preparation of marine antifouling paint was provided.
