针对目前传统生物医学模式指导下药理学教学存在的忽视人的整体性,忽视心理、社会因素对药物作用的影响等问题,提出将生物-心理-社会思维模式用于药理学教学的几点见解。提出注重阐述心理作用在药物作用中的价值;医学人文精神渗透到药理学教学全过程的重要性;药理学教学中要体现社会因素与药物作用关系。药理学教学模式的改变会对药理学教学适应现代医学的发展有促进作用。
Under the guidance of the traditional biomedical model, there is a problem of neglect of integrity in pharmacology teaching. The problem is that psychological and social factors impact on the effect of drug may be ignored, and how to make hio - psycho - social thinking for pharmacology may be ignored, rI'ne authors suggest that it should focus on psychological role in the drug role and drug value. Medical humanis- tic spirit should penetrate into the whole process of teaching pharmacology. The role of social factors and the relationship between drugs should be embodied. The change of teaching mode in pharmacology teaching will promote the adaptation of pharmacology teaching to the development of modem medicine.
