基于合作创新研究了信任、知识转移和新产品开发间的作用关系。研究结果表明：（1）契约信任和友好信任会直接促进合作创新伙伴间的知识转移,而能力信任则会加强二者对知识转移的正向作用关系;（2）知识转移既会直接促进新产品开发,也会通过创新能力起间接促进作用;（3）知识转移对企业创新能力和新产品开发的作用关系会受到知识互补性的调节。
英文摘要：
The paper examines the relationship among trust, knowledge transfer and new product development based on cooperative innovation. We argue that contractual trust and goodwill trust will directly promote knowledge transfer, while competence trust can enforce the positive relationship between the contractual trust, goodwill trust and knowledge transfer,knowledge transfer has direct effect on new product development and indirect effect through innovation capability and the effect of knowledge transfer on innovation capability and new product development is moderated by knowledge complementarity.
