预应力FRP片材加固技术可以使FRP的抗拉能力得到充分发挥,提高加固效率。采用体外钢绞线直线加载方式,对广东省东莞市内一座实桥的16mT梁进行体外加载,成功地采用间接预应力方式对碳纤维薄板(CFL)施加了预应力,并对预应力CFL增强RC梁的力学性能进行了理论分析及实验验证。研究结果表明,与无预应力CFL加固件相比,预应力CFL加固RC受弯构件,可以明显改善RC梁在使用阶段的力学性能,但其极限荷载几乎不变。
The technology with prestressed FRP laminates to strengthen structures can improve the progress effectively for the tensile capacity of the FRP laminates are engaged enough. This paper applies steel line outside member to load a 16 m T-type beam bridge in Dongguan city, Guangdong province. Carbon fiber laminate (CFL) gets prestress indirectly and successfully. The mechanical properties of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFL are analyzed by theory and validated by experiments. The results show that the serviceability of the beam with prestress CFL is improved greatly compared with non-prestress, but the ultimate load capacity has no improve.
