可燃气体检测仪器是安全生产的重要保证,但目前市场上此类仪表大多为有线仪表,相对无线仪表而言,存在安装不便、限制使用范围等缺点。简要介绍了3个目前工业界热门的无线通信技术——ZigBee、无线HART和WIA-PA。在此基础上简要分析后,提出使用ZigBee无线通信技术,设计了基于ZigBee无线通信技术的无线可燃气体检测系统,给出了该系统和网络节点的设计方案。目前,该系统的原型机已经实现,能够检测可燃气体并在监视电脑上显示浓度值及相关信息。根据实际情况,提出了对无线通信技术的一些看法。
Combustible gas detector is important for safety in production.But most of these instruments is wired.Compared with wireless instrument,it is not easy to be mounted,and limited to be used.Based on introducing and analyzing the industrial wireless technology such as ZigBee,HART 7 and WIA-PA,this thesis designs a wireless combustible gas detection system based on ZigBee.Now,this system can measure and display the information of combustible gas.According to the characteristic of chemical plant and application of wireless technology,this thesis brings up some viewpoint about wireless technoly.
