从资源基础观出发,引入学习-能力-战略的递进逻辑来解释竞争环境下不同中国企业类似战略成效的差异。通过采用比较案例研究方法,剖析了联想集团和TCL集团国际并购战略中知识积累、能力培育和战略发展之间的关系,并以异质性知识和能力发展的路径依赖过程解释了二者并购后国际化战略演化的分歧,指出实施国际化战略的中国企业应提早为未来战略转型做准备,优势的内生性决定了异质性知识和能力的长期培育是中国企业国际化成败的关键。
From Resource-based theory, a learning-capability-strategy-succeeding logic was introduced to explain the divergence of similar strategies conducted by different Chinese enterprises under competitive environment. Comparative case study methodology was used to analyze the relationship a- mong knowledge accumulation, competence foster and strategic development in Lenovo's and TCL's international ARM strategies. It argues that the developing process of path-dependence of the hetero- geneous knowledge and capability is the main cause of the divergence of their strategies. Chinese enterprises developing internationally should prepare for future strategic changes in advance. The endogeneity of advantage makes it critical for Chinese enterprises to foster the heterogeneous knowledge and capability to conduct international strategies successfully.
