本文基于交易成本理论,分析了中国现行产权交易市场存在的制度性缺陷和功能性缺陷,在剖析造成这种缺陷的社会经济的深层次原因和弊端的同时,更多地研究了现有产权交易在制度安排上的局限性和非市场性;提出了我国产权交易机构的定位为非营利性的无缝隙组织模式思路,并提供了相应的对策和路径选择。
Under the cost theorem , this paper surveyed the current limitations of institutional and functional on China' s property - rights market, and its intentions not only took apart the deep - seated seasons induced in economic and social level, but also more important is that winkled the irrational and egocentric orientation in operating system choice. The research was evolved from the current limitations to the future orientation. The path to adoption is nonprofit and seam less organization for China' s property- rights market and relevant proposal would be put forward.
