本文首先利用高精度海面风场,基于潍坊近岸的水深地形数据,运行SWAN海浪模式得到了-15m等深线3个特征点的波浪参数,利用P-Ⅲ型极值分布推算得到了潍坊外海点不同方位波浪要素的重现期;分析了潍坊近海平均的4个季节的有效波高、波向及平均周期的分布特征。基于ADCIRC水动力模式,对1994—2013年连续20年的风暴过程进行模拟分析,得到每个风暴过程最大水位以及最大风暴增水,并分别用GUMBEL方法和P-Ⅲ方法推算了不同重现期的水位和风暴增水。本文可以为潍坊沿海波浪和风暴潮特征研究提供参考,为海洋工程建设以及海岸建筑设计等提供科学依据。
Based on the high-resolution wind field and bathymetry in the Weifang coastal area, annual extreme wave parameters of three calculation points in the -15 meter isobath are obtained by running SWAN model, and the return periods of wave characteristics in different wave directions are calculated by using P-Ⅲ type extreme value distribution. The geographical distributions of seasonal averaged sig- nificance wave height and mean period in Weifang offshore area are analyzed. Storm processes from 1994 to 2013 are analyzed based on ADCIRC hydrodynamic model. The maximum water level and the maximum storm water level of every storm process in Weifang Port are calculated, and water level and maximum storm surge are calculated by Gumbel method and P-Ⅲ method. This study can provide not only references for simulation and prediction of the characteristics of wave and storm surge, but also a scientific basis for the marine engineering construction and architectural design in the Weifang coastal area.
