针对单位运输成本为运输量的阶梯函数形式,且客户需求、提前期和库存成本存在不确定性的运输-库存协调问题,从优化系统物流成本角度,建立了运输-库存系统成本优化模型。基于理论上的最优解在实际中并不一定可行的事实,为了使决策者的决策意图能够得以体现,提高优化结果在实际环境中的可执行性,提出了一种求解模型的协调机制。最后算例表明了该协调机制的有效性:既体现了决策者的经验判断,同时由该优化机制得到的优化结果也小于分别采用最优运输策略和最优库存策略时的系统成本值。
For the system coordination of transportation-inventory problem in the presence of uncertainty in customer demand,inventory cost and lead time,taken transport cost as a step function of shipment lot size,the optimization cost model of transportation-inventory system was established from the point of optimizing systematic logistics cost.Based on the fact that the model optimal solutions which minimize the cost are not always viable in real world,a coordination mechanism for the presented model which can embody the purpose of decision-maker and improve the feasibility of model was advanced.In the end,the numerical examples were presented to show the effectiveness of the coordination mechanism.It not only can embody the experience judgment of decision-maker,but also the system cost obtained by the coordination mechanism is smaller than the cost under optimal transportation policy and optimal inventory policy.
